DMCA Policy

SecretXperience.eu is operated by 3S.lifestyle bv (Tangendallaan 23, 1850 Grimbergen, Belgium). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

If you believe that content hosted on SecretXperience.eu infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to us. We will investigate the claim and remove infringing content without undue delay upon receipt of a valid notice.

Send a written notification to support@secretxperience.eu with the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice. Your notice must include all of the following elements to be valid:

1. Your identity: Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address, or those of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Description of the copyrighted work: Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
3. Location of the infringing material: Provide the URL(s) or sufficient information to allow us to locate the allegedly infringing content on the Platform.
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy declaration: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe content was removed from the Platform as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of material: Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared on the Platform before removal.
3. Good faith statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Jurisdiction consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is initiated by the complainant, we may restore the removed content after 10–14 business days.

SecretXperience.eu maintains a policy of terminating, at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any user against whom we receive multiple valid takedown notices, or any user who repeatedly uploads content that infringes third-party copyright.

Users whose accounts are terminated under this policy are prohibited from re-registering on the Platform.
